Bookings & Payment :

A booking will not be confirmed unless a 50% deposit is received.

Full and final payment must be received on the day of arrival.

Proof of payment must be forwarded to the contact details supplied.

Cancellation Policies:

Less than 7 days - 100% of deposit non-refundable

From 7-14 days - 75% of deposit non-refundable

From 14 -21 days - 50% of deposit non-refundable

From 21 - 30 days - 15% of deposit non-refundable

30 days or more - 10% of deposit non-refundable

Neither 24 ONVREY nor any of its employees accepts responsibility for loss and damage by whatsoever cause to private property.

Neither 24 ONVREY nor any of its employees accepts responsibility for any loss or inconvenience due to power failures or an act of nature.

All damage to buildings, linen, furniture or equipment of 24 ONVREYwill be charged to the client’s main account.
